1  #  All the photos are on cd that is saved on a high resolution , you get all your original photos
          and the edited photos, so you don’t lose any memory of your special day. 

2 # The day of Your Wedding, you have two photographers that covers  Everything from where both of  you get ready, before photos, the church Ceremony, Family photos, couple photos and the reception (speeches, table Photos, garter, flowers and the first dance or otherwise discuss         with the photographer what you need ). One photographer will be with the bride and the other one
with the groom.

3 # Handing over of wedding photos will take place 3 - 4 weeks after the wedding date.
4 #  Books will take 6-8 weeks after handing over of wedding photos and photos has been selected and numbers has been given to the photographer to start with lay out of the book

5 # IF your wedding is cancelled 3 months before the secure date, 75% of the wedding package is payable

Without worrying too much about details for different packages we have setup 1 package that have suited over 30 weddings. A one price deal that includes all from a to z. Included in the package is:

• Filming of bride and groom getting ready for their big day.
• Filming of venue if time and transportation permits.
• Filming of the wedding ceremony and photo session
• Filming of the wedding function including all speeches, dance floor opening, cake cutting, throwing the gater and flowers.
• 3 Copies of the fully professionaly editted DVD with printed cover and on disk. The disks are not copyrighted so you can make copies as you please.
• You can add your own music, photos and anything else you would like to see in the dvd in a digital format.
• Also added is a slideshow of the wedding at the end with all photos taken by photographer.
• Maximum viewing length of DVD is 2 hours.
• Transport to and from wedding at 50km one way maximum. Thereafter R2.00 per km.

50% non refundable deposit required to book and the balance paid 1 week ahead of the wedding day.

Because events, functions and promotions vary so much in time and work we cannot set a package but alternatevily have a fixed rate for filming only per day for one cameraman with one camera. Ours days are set at a normal 9 hour working day. You are more than welcom to contact us so we can tailor a quote for you. Included in the rate is:

• Filming of the function or event as long as needed. The rate is calculated at 9 hours per day of the cameraman being present.
• Cameraman equipped for at least one full day of filming, longer filming periods have to be prearanged, with full boarding etc.
• Ownership of the footage after the shoot.
• Downloading of footage onto harddrive.

Not included:

• Editing
• Transport further than 50km one way for the cameraman.
• Full boarding and accomodtaion for the cameraman if needed.

Also available is onsite photo printing, for example sporting events like school sports, plays matric farewells, gholf days and fishing competitions. Contact us for a rate.

R1850.00 per day.

Because outdoor filming has so many variants we cannot possibly have a set price except per day per cameraman. Please contact us for a more detailed quote if you have any special needs except for what is mentioned below. Included in the rate is:

• Cameraman equipped for at least one full day of filming, longer filming periods have to be prearanged, with full boarding etc.
• Ownership of the footage after the shoot.
• Downloading of footage onto harddrive.
• Non filming days, travelling days are charged at R600.00 per day.

Not included:

• Editing
• Transport further than 50km one way for the cameraman.
• Full boarding and accomodtaion for the cameraman if needed.

We are currently running a special for a filmed private hunt at R1350.00 per day for a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 14 days for filming. Add that up with the editing special and you have a finished product of a 7 day hunt at just less than R15 000.00

Because of variants in weather and conditions in filming outdoors we do not quarantee fully functional footage but will try our best to handle whatever variants comes our way with our equipment as long as it does not endager the cameraman or damage equipment.

R1650.00 per day.

For making a quality or professional final product of the film or photos the next step is the editing and this takes the most time to finish up. There is a difference between editing a movie for home or private use and a commercial movie that can be sold as a final product. Same as with the photo editing there is a difference between editing a photo for a billboard or just balancing colours and contrast for a photo. Depending on what is required by a client we cannot package a editing quote together for every occasion and that is why we rate them by the hour.

Film editing:

For a private video we will work half the time compared to a commercial product to finish the product. Own music can be used and no new music or copyright music must be bought for the product with narration not needed as well. For a commercial product we will need to have rights to music used for the product as well as someone professional to do the narration, graphics if it is required all of this adds up and is usually double or more than for a private production.

However, we do have a fixed package on editing for a private hunt filmed for home use running as a special for R5500.00 which will give you a finished product on a hunt not longer than 7 days on a 2 hour DVD.

Photo editing:

There are two types of editing intensive and normal the rate stays the same but obviously the hours vary. With intensive editing you are looking at editing 5 photos per hour while normal editing 50 photos per hour.
